When selecting a reception facility, you must ask if they require you to use their kitchen as food for your wedding. If the reception facility does not have a kitchen or allows you to bring in your own food and beverages, you will need to find a Las Vegas caterer. Before hiring a caterer, you must decide what you need them to provide. Most caterers can proivide appetizers, beverages, and meals. Cost will be based upon the number of people, type of drinks, type of food and the number of servers. There are several questions you must ask a Las Vegas caterer before hiring them. If there is no kitchen, can they self support their food with heating and refrigeration? Do they have any references that you can contact? Is the caterer licensed to serve alcohol?
