When selecting a reception facility, you must ask if they require you to use their kitchen as food for your wedding. If the reception facility does not have a kitchen or allows you to bring in your own food and beverages, you will need to find an Oregon caterer. Before hiring a caterer, you must decide what you need them to provide. Most caterers can proivide appetizers, beverages, and meals. Cost will be based upon the number of people, type of drinks, type of food and the number of servers.
