There are so many things to do when planning a wedding.  Be sure to prioritize your duties.  For example, the first things to do when planning a wedding is set a date and book the place for the wedding and reception.  They kind of go hand and hand as the places you want may not be available and you may need to change your date or venue depending on availability.

As an example to WeddingMuseum.com.  I have a list of about 10 things on my “to-do-list” at all times.  I write down their priority from 1 to 10.  Not to say I may stick to the order.  As number 3 on the list may be bumped to number 1 as it may take twice as long as all the others combined.  However, I may get the other 9 done as they are quick and easy.  Use your judgment but definitely prioritize.

We will be going out of town due to a death in the family and will not return until Sept. 2.  Unfortunately we will not be responding to emails or reviewing vendor listing during the trip.

We worked hard this weekend on our blog.  Whomever owns a blog knows what we’re talking about.  The design and look of the blog now match the main site.  In addition, it’s much easier to read and much cooler.

In addition, we upgraded to the latest and greatest.  We were getting many spam comment requests.  Therefore, we strengthened the process for  entering comments.  Sorry to those who like to leave comments as it may be a bit longer process now.

We are currently working on vendor listings.  All states will have 21 categories for wedding vendors.  More info to come once complete.

The office will be closed August 8-11 and again August 21-Sept 2 for two deaths in the family.  Sorry for the inconvenience as vendor listings and emails will not be reviewed during these times.
